Haas Factory Team Partners with Caymus Vineyards for 2025 NASCAR Season
The Haas Factory Team has unveiled a new partnership with Caymus Vineyards for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season. As part of this collaboration, Caymus’s Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon will be prominently displayed on the No. 41 Ford Mustang during multiple NASCAR Cup Series races.
Caymus Vineyards, a renowned family-owned winery from Napa Valley, was founded in 1972 by Chuck Wagner and his family. The winery is celebrated for its bold, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon wines. This new partnership marks the third collaboration between Caymus and a Gene Haas-operated racing team, following previous ventures with Stewart-Haas Racing.
Caymus Excited to Join Forces with Haas Factory Team
Karen Perry, Executive Vice President of Caymus Vineyards, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership in a press release:
“We’re proud to partner with Haas Factory Team and thrilled to see Bonanza Cabernet ride along with 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion Cole Custer as he returns to the NASCAR Cup Series. Gene Haas has a remarkable track record, and his dedication to building competitive teams in Formula One and NASCAR makes him an outstanding partner for our winery.
“The pursuit of excellence drives both winemaking and motorsports, and we look forward to bringing Bonanza Cabernet to NASCAR’s passionate fanbase.”
Cole Custer to Drive the No. 41 Bonanza Cabernet Ford Mustang
Custer, the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion, will feature the Bonanza Cabernet branding on his car and firesuit at select races, including:
- Circuit of The Americas (March 2, 2025)
- Las Vegas Motor Speedway (October 12, 2025)
Custer shared his excitement about the sponsorship:
“Caymus Vineyards and the Wagner family have a deep history in NASCAR, and we share a passion for excellence—making them a perfect fit for our team. Caymus crafts exceptional wines, just as Haas Factory Team is dedicated to building competitive racecars. I’m excited to have them onboard for these races and can’t wait to drive the No. 41 Bonanza Cabernet Ford Mustang at COTA and Las Vegas.”
